Job: Student, and also working part-time on a Cafe
Weapon/Power: Threads and needles. She uses her threads to prevent the enemy from moving, and then shoot her needles to kill it. She can also inflict poison in the needles.

Wish: "Kyuubey-san, give me Hikari's burden!"
Personality: Ai is very lazy and timid, that she doesn't have much friends. She's also very distant, and just waiting for someone to talk to her and be friends. Thus making other people think that she's cold.

But once she's found a friend she could trust, she'll start to open up and be talkative. She gives her 100% trust to her friends and family, and because of that she usually gets fooled.

She's also clumsy and trips a lot, even if she's walking on flat surface. She has a good memory, but is bad at sports and gets tired easily.

Likes: Cute things, sweets, anime, manga, reading, baking
Dislikes: Scary things (She tries to appear brave at it, but she's actually scared), spicy food, people who hate anime or manga even though they haven't watched or read it
Backstory:
Ai's parents are famous patissieres and gives her sweets a lot, making her love it. They hang out a lot when she was a kid, but started to get busy as she grew. But she didn't mind it, as long as her parents are alive and with her she's happy and she wouldn't take a grudge on them.

She has a bestfriend at school since kindergarten, and understands her a lot. Her name is Hikari, and protects Ai from bullies most of the time. Hikari is very strong and can be quite tomboyish.

One day, Hikari got into an accident making her body paralyzed. And she was sad to hear that, but glad to know that Hikari isn't planning to end her life. Ai wanted to help her in some way, knowing that Hikari still wants to live on and continue her dream as an actress.

On that night, Kyuubey visited her on her room asking for a wish in exchange of being a Puella Magi. She asked what it's for, and noticed that it seems to be dangerous. But knowing that Hikari is in trouble, she accepted it.

Hikari's paralysis was cured, but in turn her body gets tired easily and faints sometimes. But she didn't mind, this is for her friend after all.

After becoming a Puella Magi, Ai together with her big brother moved to Mitakihara. Her brother knew about her becoming a Puella Magi, because he saw her transforming to one and can see Kyuubey (For some reason? XD)

Additional:
-Her birthday is October 6
-Her favorite color is purple, and likes to wear anything that has that color
-She likes cats, to the point that she'll wear a cat outfit and mimic its sound.
-Good at hiding her feelings
-Has the habit of talking in her thoughts, causing her to bump into walls or trip.
