History:
<sub>Living in the province with her parents who owned a fairly large agricultural land, Kaoru was given a quite normal and decent life. On her younger days she would try to help in the field, but her parents wouldn't allow her because it's not fit for a girl; despite the restrictions she still manages to sneak her way in the farm. Seeing her potential and love in farming, her grandparents support her in trying it out despite being a girl. On weekends and holidays, she would spend all her time taking care of the plants and animals in the farm under the sun; making her complexion dark.

When she reached 12, she started to gain a lot of interest in the city; especially after her sister moved there to work as a fashion designer and sent her pictures of the city. It wasn't anything like the country side and wanted to go there as well, and asked permission to her parents if she could study there in high school. After getting accepted in Higashimori High School she immediately packed and moved to Kirimori and lived with her sister, looking forward to whatever life she may have in the city.</sub>

Trivia:
She gets sleepy during afternoon classes because she has her 'siesta time', or nap time, during this hour (Because this is usually the time she finishes her duties in the farm).
Her sweater is made by her sister and that chick is how her sister sees her as.
Her sister's house is a bit far from Higashimori High, so to avoid getting late since she's not much of a morning person she suggested to live in the dorms; and visit her sister's home during weekends and holidays.
She came from the Kagoshima prefecture.
Kaoru uses an old design/type of farming scythe so it doesn't have a grip or handle that can be seen from the modern ones. Her parents and even her grandparents didn't like this, but she ignored them and said that she prefers the old ones because the grips are a nuisance to her instead of helping her control the scythe.
